MINI - FRIED PIES 
Canned biscuits
Applesauce
Apple pie filling
Cherry pie filling or other assorted fillings
Oil for frying

Pat out biscuits until 1/8 inch thick. Put 2 teaspoons of filling on biscuit. Fold over and crimp with fork. Fry in hot oil until golden. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon or other topping.
