MAGIC LEMON PIE 
1 can Eagle Brand milk
Juice & grated rind of 2 lemons (6 tbsp.)
1/2 pt. whipping cream
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
Graham cracker pie crust

Add the juice and grated rind of the 2 lemons to the Eagle Brand and stir until thickened and the juice is blended well. Whip the cream and add the powdered sugar. Add to the Eagle Brand mixture and blend well. Pour into a graham cracker crust. Chill overnight.
