PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. French vanilla pudding
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip or heavy cream
1 baked 9" pie shell

Combine peanut butter and sugar until crumbly. Reserve 1/4 cup of mixture. Sprinkle remaining mixture in pie shell. Prepare pudding according to directions except use only 1 1/2 cups milk. Pour pudding into pie shell and chill until set. Decorate with Cool Whip or heavy cream (whip first). Sprinkle with 1/4 cup reserved peanut butter mixture.
