BARBECUED OVEN STEAK 
Trim from wild game steaks, any fat. Lay steaks on board, sprinkle surface with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Pound meat with edge of saucer, turn meat over and repeat. Let stand 1/2 hour. Brown steaks in greased fry pan.

BARBECUE SAUCE:

1 can tomato soup
3 to 4 c. water
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 clove crushed garlic
1 lg. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. dried mustard
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine ingredients. Place browned steaks in roaster and pour sauce over. Bake in 350 degree oven until done.
