PEANUT BRITTLE 
1 c. sugar
2 c. raw peanuts
3/4 c. white Karo syrup
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Put all ingredients, except soda in skillet. Cook until peanuts pop and parch. Remove from heat and add soda; stir well. Pour into greased cookie sheet. Let cool and pop out of pan and break into pieces.
