ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 dozen corn tortillas
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 sm. can sliced olives
1 lg. can Las Palmas chili sauce
2 c. grated cheese

Butter tortillas. Brown meat and onions. Add seasoning, olives and sauce. Place tortillas and meat in layers in a 9x13x2 inch pan. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
