WHITE CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1/4 lb. white chocolate, melted & cooled
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. cake flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cake: Cream sugar and butter until light. Add chocolate and eggs (one at a time), beating well. Sift flour with salt and baking powder, then add butter alternately with milk, beating well after each. Fold in vanilla, pecans and coconut. Pour in well greased and floured 9 inch pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Icing: Mix well and spread over cake.
