SAUSAGE STUFFING (FOR TURKEY) 
3/4 c. minced onion
1 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. crushed sage
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1 c. chopped celery
8 c. soft bread cubes
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. poultry seasoning

Add 1 pound of bulk pork sausage, crumbled and browned, with the remaining ingredients. You can substitute some of the sausage fat for the butter. Stuff into the turkey and bake as usual.
