SEASONED TURKEY SAUSAGE 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4-1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. salt
1/2-1 tsp. sage
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Mix together thoroughly and shape into 12 sausage patties. Fry in ungreased skillet, or bake 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes in shallow pan. Use paper towel to remove excess grease.
