SWEET AND SOUR HAM BALLS | |
5 lbs. ham loaf Cracker crumbs Egg Milk Make into balls. Bake about 45 minutes. Drain. Mix 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce, 1/2 cup brown sugar, a little vinegar, 1 can pineapple tidbits (drained), and Capri sweet and spicy or Catalina salad dressing (16 ounces). Pour over balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve over rice or noodles. |
