GREEN TOMATO PIE 
Double pie crust
Chopped green tomatoes to fill pie pan
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. tapioca
Dash of salt
Butter

Fill bottom crust with tomatoes. Mix sugar, cinnamon, tapioca and salt; sprinkle over tomatoes. Place top crust over this, seal edges, slit holes, brush with butter. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes and 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
