Any size roast (slit pockets in meat)
1 clove garlic
1 can mushrooms
2 cans mushroom soup
1 can celery soup
1 can water
1 pkg. onion mix
Potatoes and carrots

Cut up garlic and put in pockets in meat. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Add potatoes and carrots. Sprinkle top with onion mix. Bake until everything is done. Bake at 350 degrees.

NOTE: Cover with foil while baking.
