LEMON FLUFF (DESSERT) 
FIRST LAYER:

1 stick soft butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Use an electric beater to mix these ingredients and then press into 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 13 minutes at 350 degrees. Should still be light in color, not to look golden brown.

SECOND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 med. tub Cool Whip

Mix together with electric mixer and spread on top of crust when it has cooled.

THIRD LAYER:

2 (3 oz.) pkgs. instant lemon pudding
3 c. milk

Mix pudding with milk. Spread on second layer.

FOURTH LAYER:

Spread 1 tub Cool Whip on top of third layer and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Best to use pecans for best flavor.
