CRUST: 1 c. flour 1/2 c. butter 2 tbsp. sugar Mix and press in bottom of 9"x13" pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. TOPPING: 1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries 2 egg whites 1 c. sugar Put in mixing bowl and beat at high speed of mixer for 15 minutes. Do not defrost berries or beat egg whites ahead of time. Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Fold in 1 cup Cool Whip or whipping cream, whipped. |
