1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. corn flake crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lbs. catfish steaks

Pour milk into bowl. Combine crumbs, monosodium glutamate, salt and pepper in another bowl. Dip steaks in milk and roll in crumb mixture. Arrange in shallow pan. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 20 minutes or until done.
