SWEET AND SOUR PORK CHOPS 
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. fat
1 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
6 pork chops, loin or shoulder

1. Mix ginger, salt, pepper, paprika and flour together.

2. Coat both sides of the chops in this dry mixture.

3. Brown chops in melted fat.

4. Pour in pineapple juice and vinegar. Sprinkle with sugar.

5. Cook over low heat for 40 minutes or until chops are tender.
