IMPOSSIBLE REUBEN BARS 
2 pkgs. (2 to 3 oz. each) corned beef
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. parsley
1 can (8 oz.) sauerkraut (well drained)
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Cut up corned beef with scissors and distribute in bottom of pan. Mix eggs, Bisquick, parsley, sauerkraut and cheese. Pour over beef. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve hot, cut in 1 inch slices.
