OATMEAL FUDGE BARS 
2 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. Bisquick
3 c. quick cooking oats
4 (6 oz.) milk chocolate bits
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cinuts (optional)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x13 inch pan. Mix sugar, 3/4 c. of butter, eggs, vanilla, Bisquick and oats. Set aside. Heat chocolate, milk, 2 tablespoon butter and salt over low heat. Add vanilla and nuts. Press 2/3 cup oatmeal mixture in pan, spread chocolate mixture over. Top with dollops of oatmeal mixture. Bake to light brown, approximately 30 minutes. Cool before cutting, if you can wait.
