KEVIN'S HAM 
1 (8-10 lb.) ham
2 sliced carrots
3 quartered apples
1 chopped onion
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. brown sugar

Soak ham overnight. Place ham in roaster with all ingredients and fill 1/2 way with water. Bake 275-300 degrees for 4-5 hours, turning every hour. When done remove rind and glaze.

GLAZE:

1/4 c. brown sugar
Pinch of cinnamon
1/4 c. water

Mix together well and pour over ham. Broil at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
