CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1 1/2 to 2 heads iceberg lettuce
3 to 4 cooked chicken breasts, cooled and chopped into chunks
Chinese rice sticks (fried according to package directions)
Sliced almonds
1 bunch green onions with stalks, chopped

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. vinegar (use rice vinegar if possible)
1/2 c. salad oil
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sesame oil (use less if using the dark oil)
1 tsp. pepper

Mix dressing ingredients together. Pour over salad ingredients. Refrigerate.
