CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 box Escort crackers
1 stick butter, melted
8 chicken breasts, boiled and cut up
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 jar chopped pimentos

Mix butter and crackers. Put half this mixture in bottom of casserole dish. Mix all other ingredients and pour over crumb mixture. Put the rest of the crumbs on top and bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly.
