SOFT PRETZELS 
1 pkg. yeast
3/4 c. water
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. butter

Dissolve yeast in water. Mix in the remaining ingredients and let rise for 15 minutes. Shape into pretzel shape or other shapes with floured hands. Dip into solution of 2 tablespoons of baking soda, dissolved in 1/4 cup of water. Place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes on lightly greased cookie sheet.
