EGG SOUFFLE | |
10 strips bacon 3 c. bread, cubed 2 c. milk 1 c. cheese or 4 oz. (any kind) 4 eggs In greased 9 x 9 inch dish layer bread cubes, cheese, bacon, eggs and milk mixed. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Do not over cook. Can be made the night before and refrigerated to be baked in the morning. Good for a morning coffee or brunch. Also good with a little mustard and onion powder added. |
