JO'S INFAMOUS CHOCOLATE CHIP, ETC. COOKIES | |
Stuff you gotta have: 1 pkg. cheap cake mix (the kind without pudding) 1/2 c. cooking oil 2 tbsp. water 2 eggs 1 c. (6 oz.) semi sweet chocolate pieces Stuff you want to add Chopped nuts, coconut, M & M's, raisins, Reese's pieces, chopped candied fruit, etc. Mix the first four "gotta" together in a mixing bowl and fold in the chocolate pieces and any of the "wantas" that you wanta. Spread out on a large sheet with sides (mine is 11 x 17). Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or to desired chewiness. Cut into 64 cookie bars or as big as you wanta have'm. With a double batch, using, one white and one chocolate cake mix yields a very good "Brownie". These cookies are disgustingly easy to make!!! |
