CHOCOLATE CHIP PUDDING COOKIES 
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello vanilla instant pudding
1 c. all purpose biscuit mix
1/4 c. shortening
1 egg, slightly beaten
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. chocolate chips (semi-sweet)

Combine pudding mix and biscuit mix in a bowl. Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add egg and milk; blend well. Stir in chips. Drop dough from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for about 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from baking sheet and cool on racks. Store in covered container.
