TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 tbsp. minced onion
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. flour
2 c. flaked tuna (2 cans)
1/4 c. water
4 strips bacon
3 c. milk
4 c. cooked macaroni
1 c. grated cheese
2 tbsp. catsup
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. salt

Saute onion in butter. Blend in flour and salt. Gradually add milk. Cook until thickened in a casserole. Alternate layers of macaroni, cheese and tuna with the sauce. Combine ketchup, water and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over top of casserole. May top with bacon strips. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
