1 1/2 c. flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. cold water

Sift together dry ingredients. Combine liquids. Add liquids to dry. Beat 5 minutes.

Bake in prepared 8-inch square pan for 35 minutes.

This is a dense, moist cake.
