1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip 2 sm. boxes pistachio instant pudding 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, but reserve juice 1 c. miniature marshmallows 1 c. coconut 2/3 c. chopped walnuts Drain pineapple, reserving syrup. Mix pudding with pineapple juice, stirring until pudding is dissolved. Fold in crushed pineapple, nuts and Cool Whip and marshmallows. Cover and chill well (overnight is good). Enjoy! |
