ORANGE BARBEQUE CHICKEN 
2 tsp. butter
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. ketchup
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. orange juice
3 tsp. red wine vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 chicken, cut up
Salt and pepper

In a saucepan melt butter, add onion and saute until tender, approximately 5 minutes. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring the mixture to a boil, simmer and cook, stirring occasionally for 10-15 minutes or until thickened.

Make a medium fire on the grill, oil grill lightly. Grill the chicken for 20 minutes. Brush with the sauce. Save half the sauce.

Continue to grill, basting and turning the chicken until it is done through; about 10 minutes longer. Reheat the reserved sauce and serve with the chicken.
