BRUNCH DELIGHT 
10 slices bread
2 c. chopped ham
1 c. drained mushrooms
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 c. milk
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper
1 c. mayonnaise

Remove crust from bread, cut crust into cubes. Then cut slices diagonal. These are to be arranged on top over all ingredients. Beat eggs in large bowl until frothy. Add milk, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and bread cubes. Stir until well mixed, add cheese, chopped ham, green pepper and onion. Pour into an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with cheese, arrange diagonal cut slices on top. Refrigerate overnight, covered. Uncover and bake 1 hour or until set at 325 degrees.
