BRUNCH DELIGHT 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. dried prunes
1 (6 oz.) pkg. dried apricots
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, undrained
1 (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, undrained
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1/2 c. cooking sherry

Place prunes and apricots in 12 x 8 inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
