ZUCCHINI CAKE 
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. light raisins, optional
1 1/2 c. nuts, optional

Combine all ingredients. Bake in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 325 degrees for 50 minutes.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
