MUENSTER CHICKEN 
8 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 eggs
Progresso Italian bread crumbs
1/2-1 c. chicken broth
1 stick butter
1 pkg. Muenster cheese

Wash and cut chicken into strips lengthwise. Beat eggs and soak chicken for several hours. Roll the chicken in the bread crumbs.

Melt butter in skillet and saute chicken strips until lightly browned. Place chicken in a 9 x 13 inch casserole. Pour chicken broth (or bouillon) over chicken. Place strips of muenster cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees, covered, for 30 minutes.
