CINNAMON ROLLS 
1/2 c. lukewarm water
2 pkg. yeast
2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
7 c. flour
3 tbsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar or more (you need enough to cover the dough)

IN BOTTOM OF PAN:

1/4 c. cooking oil
3/4 c. pancake syrup

Dissolve yeast in water. Add milk, sugar, salt, eggs, softened shortening, and flour. Knead well. Remove from bowl. Roll out dough less than 1/2 inch thick. Spread softened butter over dough. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over dough also. Then roll dough into a roll and cut into 1-inch rolls. Place in pan, having the oil and pancake syrup in pan. Let rise. Bake at 350 degrees until done. Take a knife and go around side of pan. Then turn pan upside down and remove.
