HAZELNUT COOKIES 
3 eggs
2 2/3 c. powdered sugar
3 c. ground hazelnuts
1 c. ground almonds
1/2 tsp. baking powder

ICING:

1 egg white
Powdered sugar

Cream eggs together with powdered sugar until smooth. Mix in nuts and baking powder. Roll dough in powdered sugar and cut into rounds (works best if dough has been refrigerated for several hours). Spread with icing and decorate with an almond slice or two. Bake at 300 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
