MEATBALLS 
4 slices cubed white bread
1/2 c. water
2 eggs
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. chopped parsley (less if using dry parsley)
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. dry oregano
Salt, pepper, onion & garlic powder to taste
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup

Mix together cubed bread, water and eggs. Add remaining ingredients, except soup, and make into small balls. Brown on cookie sheet in a very hot oven. Dilute soup and add more onion or garlic powder if desired. Place meatballs in casserole. Cover with soup. Bake at 350 degrees until soup boils. Good with baked potatoes.
