BROWNIES IN THE MICROWAVE 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. baking cocoa
Chopped nuts; optional

Beat eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla in medium bowl at medium speed of mixer for 1 minute. Add butter and continue mixing until blended. Mix in flour and cocoa on low speed. Stir in nuts. Spread in 8 inch baking dish. Cook in microwave 3 minutes. Give dish 1/2 turn and continue to cook 4-6 minutes. Cook until top springs back when touched.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
