2 c. cooked diced zucchini
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. diced onions
3/4 c. diced celery
3/4 loaf of bread cubes
1 c. mushroom soup
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. shredded cheese

Mix altogether and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
