CHICKEN DRESSING 
3 c. cornbread crumbs
2 cold biscuits
2 slices stale loaf bread (crumbled)
16 small saltine crackers, crumbled
2 boiled eggs, chopped
1 stem celery, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Cook onion and celery until tender. Mix with other ingredients and use enough broth to be very moist. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown.
