BROTHY PASTA SOUP 
10 oz. condensed beef consomme
1 c. water
1 c. Ditali or other sm. pasta (raw)
2 c. canned vegetable juice (i.e. V-8)
Grated Parmesan cheese

Combine consomme, water, raw pasta and juice in saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Simmer covered until pasta is tender (approximately 10 minutes). Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
