CARROT CASSEROLE | |
2 bunches of carrots cut in rings and soaked in salted water and cooked until tender. Drain real well. Butter casserole dish. Melt 3/4 stick butter in a small pan, melt 1 small package (8 ounce) of Velveeta cheese with the butter in small pan. Pour over the carrots. Take the rest of the stick of butter (1/4 cup) and melt and add 10 crackers made in crumbs. Stir until well blended put on top of casserole and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. |
