BIGOS 
3 1/2 lb. chopped cooked ham
4 lb. smoked kielbasa, sliced and chopped
2 large onions (Spanish or Vidalia), chopped
2 c. carrots, chopped
4 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 c. caraway seeds
2 qt. sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
1 tbsp. pepper
Mrs. Dash seasoning
1 c. dry red wine
1 head cabbage, shredded

Combine all ingredients in roasting pan.

Bake at 350°F for 2 hours, then at 325°F for 2 to 3 hours or until veggies are soft.
