HIMALAYAN DINNER 
3-4 lbs. beef (sirloin or roast), cut into cubes

Dredge in flour and brown in butter.

Pour 2 1/2 cups hot water, flavored with bouillon, dried onion and garlic, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup burgundy over meat and simmer 3-4 hours.

Prepare instant rice in buttered water as directed on box with 2 cubes or 1 tablespoon bouillon added.

Line up toppings in small dishes: 3 tomatoes (cubed) Cheddar cheese Bananas Coconut Walnuts Crushed pineapple

Make toppings as desired.

Dish up rice, then meat and then put toppings in order listed.
