EASY BAKED CHICKEN 
1 c. rice
1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut up
1 (1 3/8 oz.) envelope onion soup mix
1 (10 1/2 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place rice in slightly greased baking dish. Wash and pat the chicken dry. Arrange chicken pieces over rice.

In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients, mixing to blend. Spoon evenly over chicken. Cover and bake for 1 hour or until done. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
