SAUSAGE AU GRATIN POTATOES 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. smokey links
1 (8 oz.) jar Kraft cheese spread
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. parsley flakes
Chopped onion
6 med. cooked, diced potatoes (can use more)

Reserve 3 sausages. Slice remaining sausage in small pieces. Beat cheese spread and sour cream together until smooth; add onion, parsley flakes and links. Fold into diced potatoes. Arrange reserved sausage on top. Bake about 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
