PISTACHIO SALAD 
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (9 oz.) carton non-dairy whipped cream
1 (1 lb.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1/2 c. nut meats
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix (dry)

Mix all ingredients except whipped cream in a bowl. Add whipped cream, mix and put in pyrex. Cool and serve.
