SESAME CRISP COOKIES 
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. milk powder
1 1/4 c. oatmeal
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sesame seeds

Combine honey, oil and egg. Stir in remaining ingredients. Dough should be quite stiff, add tablespoon or 2 of milk if too stiff. Drop off by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheets. Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in cold water. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
