PUFF PASTRY 
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt

Bring to boil. Add 1 cup flour all at once, stir constantly until it leaves the sides of pan and forms a ball, remove from heat, add 4 eggs, one at a time, beat with fork until each egg is mixed in. Add 1 cup raisins, drop by tablespoons on greased sheets.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove to cooling racks. Frost with your favorite powdered sugar frosting or glaze.

One of my favorites:

3 tbsp. butter
2 to 3 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring

Add milk or cream until desired spreading consistency. Lemon juice, orange juice or vanilla can be substituted for almond.
