FETTUCCINE 
4 to 5 c. noodles
1 1/2 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg yolk
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Melt butter with cream and nutmeg in wide frying pan. Stir in noodles and bring to boil (2 minutes). In the meantime, mix yolk with little cream mixture. Remove mixture from heat. Add yolk mixture to noodles. Add cheese, blend. Serve at once with added cheese and nutmeg. Serves 4.
