SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
3 lbs. ground beef
2 (1 1/2 oz.) pkgs. spaghetti sauce mix (env. type)
2 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
2 (24 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 clove garlic, put through blender
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. sugar
1 lg. onion, put through blender
1 lg. green bell pepper, put through blender
2 lg. cans tomatoes, put through blender
2 c. water

Brown ground beef; add all other ingredients. Simmer for 2 hours. May be frozen.
